ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join Talon.One, to spearhead project management and execution within our global marketing team. This pivotal role involves coordinating across marketing sub-departments to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns that advance our business and marketing goals. ABOUT THE TEAM: You will be a key member of our dynamic 20-person global Marketing team at Talon.One, dedicated to building a leading brand and driving growth. Reporting to the VP Marketing, you will collaborate closely with specialists across demand generation, content, product marketing, design, and partner marketing to bring our strategies to life. Our team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and achieving measurable results. This is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany. ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL: Develop, implement, and continuously refine marketing processes and best practices to enhance team collaboration, efficiency, and campaign effectiveness Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and timely delivery of marketing projects, tracking milestones, managing statuses, and proactively resolving issues to meet scope and business objectives Collaborate extensively with Product, Content, Demand, Field, Design, Partner, and GTM enablement teams to ensure integrated and impactful marketing programs that achieve key performance indicators Manage communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment across marketing initiatives, facilitating smooth task handoffs, and maintaining program consistency Proactively manage project scope, assess requirement changes, lead status meetings by setting agendas and tracking actions, and coordinate with execution teams to clarify priorities and resolve roadblocks Identify opportunities for long-term strategic program improvements and support the VP Marketing with forecasting and emerging initiatives WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus Demonstrate 5 years of progressive experience in project/program management or Chief of Staff roles, specifically within a dynamic marketing team or startup environment Hold a clear perspective on project management methodologies (e.g., sprints, retros) and proficiently use project management software (e.g., Asana) Manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills, ensuring on-time delivery, managing cross-functional challenges and gaps, and high-quality delivery Own cross-functional meeting, ways of working, and operational standards across the Marketing team in partnership with the VP Marketing Communicate effectively and foster strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across all levels and departments Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies, anticipate risks, and drive continuous process improvement Have a high EQ to drive influence and adoption of programs and communication at all levels of the marketing team Communicate fluently in English (written and verbal) WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: €1,000 annual learning budget, full LinkedIn Learning access, and free German language courses to boost your skills 30 days of annual leave, plus extra paid days for your birthday and moving day Home office setup budget, a monthly home office allowance Freedom to work from abroad for up to 90 days worldwide!
