Job Summary
The securities markets department is seeking a legal expert to perform supervisory activities related to capital markets. This role involves multifaceted tasks concerning financial instruments, market abuse, and disclosure requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Legal experts analyze and process questions related to market abuse, disclosure requirements, takeovers, and supervision of market operators
* Contribute to market abuse investigations and draft investigation reports
* Process files in terms of international cooperation
* Review suspicious transaction and order reports
* Develop the legal framework for capital markets
Requirements
* Four or five-year Master's degree in Law, preferably in financial law or business law
* Complementary training certificate in Luxembourg law will be considered an advantage
* Minimum professional experience of 5 years in the financial sector, ideally in capital markets
* Proficiency in French and English. Knowledge of German and Luxembourgish will be considered an advantage
* Good knowledge of the financial sector's legal and regulatory framework
* Critical thinking and excellent drafting, analytical, and synthesis skills
* Strong sense of rigour, discretion, and organization
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
What We Offer
