* You define and implement pricing and promotional strategies to drive growth, revenue, and market share within diverse customer segments including Enterprise/Key Accounts, Resellers, and Domain Investors
* You manage offer development for new and existing customers, optimizing processes and tools for offer management, ensuring seamless integration with HubSpot, and steering and controlling the offer management process
* You conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions
* You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with product development, marketing, and sales goals
* You monitor and analyze commercial performance metrics, such as revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition
* You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
* You have 3–5 years of experience in pricing, marketing, or product management, preferably in the Information Technology /Technology industry
* You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
* You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German, with the ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously
* You are a team player with strong collaboration and teamwork skills
