We’re on the lookout for top field sales talent to join us in this unique opportunity. Your Role: Solution Sales Specialist (d/f/m)

As a Solution Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by effectively managing your territory and presenting comprehensive Spatial Biology solutions to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing your sales territory to maximize opportunities through prospecting, opportunity development, and negotiation in the Spatial Biology market.
* Owning the sales process and presenting full solution offerings, showcasing the value of our Spatial Biology solutions through demonstrations and technical expertise.
* Providing accurate and competitive quotes to customers.
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall success, including forecasting and funnel management.
* Utilizing value selling techniques to identify and address customer needs.


What You Bring to the Table

Essential Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
* Several years of experience in a Life Science Research environment, with a solid understanding of Spatial Biology workflows.
* Direct experience in a lab environment, preferably with Spatial Biology expertise.
* Background in science, with experience handling tissue samples and imaging proteomics.
* Proven track record in technical solutions selling, ideally with capital equipment and consumables, showcasing your ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements:

* Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays within your territory.
* Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Bonus Points:

* Experience in Spatial OMICS or multiplexing is a plus.
