Working Student – Emerging Accounts Success Management Team Location: Ansbach / Remote within Germany Part-time (15–20 hours/week) Start: as soon as possible THE OPPORTUNITY Tradebyte – the leading integrator for Fashion & Lifestyle brands across Europe and an independent company within the Zalando Group – is looking for a motivated Working Student to support the Emerging Accounts Success Management (EMA) Team. The EMA team is responsible for ongoing customer management, ensuring smooth collaboration, and identifying opportunities for growth and upselling. A core part of the role includes the preparation and follow-up of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other customer-related activities. As a Working Student, you will take over essential preparation and organizational tasks, enabling Success Managers to focus more on strategic customer engagement. This is an exciting chance to gain hands-on experience in Customer Success Management within the B2B SaaS and e-commerce environment.
