The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Originate, evaluate, and execute private debt transactions across the DACH region.
* Conduct in-depth credit analysis and financial modelling.
* Structure and negotiate deal terms with borrowers and advisers.
* Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor portfolio companies and support value creation initiatives.
Candidate Profile
* 4-8 years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or debt advisory.
* Demonstrated track record of closing transactions.
* Strong technical skills in credit analysis and deal structuring.
* A well-developed network in the DACH region or broader European market.
* Collaborative, humble, and aligned with a long-term investment philosophy.
* Fluent in German and English.
