We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst (f/m/d) who thrives in multidisciplinary teams and has a strong focus on analysis and reporting. In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers, sales and marketers to uncover insights regarding the customer journey, analyze funnel performance, and support business functions with dashboards and reports. What you can expect from us Implementation of analysis & reporting by creating SQL queries based on Big Query database. Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau or Looker that provide real-time visibility into performance, funnel conversion rates, and experiment outcomes. Conduct deep-dive analysis into user behavior, analyzing data points along the Sales and D2P customer journey to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities. Analyze funnel behavior, identify drop-off rates, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization. Act as a key partner for business functions (e.g., Marketing, Product), supporting their analytical needs and providing ad-hoc reports and Tableau support. Analyze and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to help the team learn quickly and make data-informed growth decisions. Review queries and scripts from teammates and provide feedback to ensure data quality and performance. Participate in team rituals and discovery processes, helping shape how we define and measure success in our user acquisition funnels. Your profile Required Qualifications Proven experience working in data analysis, business intelligence, or marketing analytics roles, ideally in high-velocity, cross-functional teams. Strong SQL Skills are a must. You’re confident in writing advanced queries, debugging issues, and improving performance. Must be experienced with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Power BI, or similar) to create clear and impactful reports. Familiarity with marketing data flows, including attribution models, campaign tracking, and event-based analytics. Experience working with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift. Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you enjoy working alongside developers, marketers, and product people. Fluent in English; German is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Direct, hands-on experience with Tableau is a major plus, as it is our primary visualization tool. Proficient in Python, especially for data analysis and statistical modeling Understanding of A/B testing frameworks and experimental design, including statistical significance and confidence intervals. Exposure to ad tech ecosystems, including sending events to platforms like Meta or Google Ads. Why us?
