Are you an experienced Business Travel Consultant looking for your next opportunity in an international environment?

We are partnering with a leading global company in travel management, corporate cards, and expense solutions to find a German-speaking Business Travel Consultant to join their team in Berlin.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid setup — enjoy the flexibility of working mostly from home while visiting the office just once per week (4 days/month).

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting corporate travelers via phone, email, and chat
• Managing complex travel bookings including flights, rail, accommodation, and additional services
• Assisting customers with travel tools and self-service platforms
• Ensuring smooth, high-quality travel experiences while following company travel policies
• Handling urgent travel requests and delivering excellent customer support

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent German (C1+) and good English
• 5+ years of experience in a Business Travel Consultant role
• 3+ years of GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) – mandatory
• Strong experience with air, rail, and accommodation bookings
• A customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
