Job Title: Strategic Account Manager
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to drive growth and build strong customer relationships in the foundry/thermal (glass/copper and aluminum) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical and commercial support to customers domestically and internationally.
* Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
* Develop and maintain effective customer relationships, including CRM documentation and continuous development.
* Conduct trials and presentations at client sites.
* Define and develop customized products and formulations for clients.
* Benchmark products against competitors.
* Determine customer needs and execute value analyses.
* Prepare technical-commercial concepts, proposals, and negotiate prices with clients.
Requirements:
* Experience in sales of technical and explanatory products, preferably in the foundry/thermal (glass/copper and aluminum) industry or industrial minerals.
* Degree in foundry/thermal technology or similar (not mandatory).
* Motivation, result orientation, and willingness to succeed.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, including listening abilities.
* Analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
* Williness to travel domestically and internationally.
* Proficiency in German and English languages (written and spoken).
