Your tasks
14. Main focus: Conducting educational events and scientific presentations for pediatricians and other relevant specialist groups in hospitals
15. Presentation of study results (Phase III data, real-world evidence)
16. Scientific support for questions on RSV epidemiology, disease burden, risk groups and implementation of prevention strategies
17. Provision of evidence-based information on RSV prevention recommendations and their implementation
18. Stakeholder management
19. Building and maintaining long-term relationships, primarily in the field of pediatrics
20. Collaboration primarily with university clinics and hospitals
21. Systematic collection of medical knowledge on RSV prevention strategies and their implementation
22. Identification of unmet medical needs in the area of RSV and respiratory infections and systematic communication to internal stakeholders
23. Collecting and analyzing feedback on vaccination recommendations, implementation barriers and acceptance factors
24. Monitoring of scientific developments, publications and congress contributions in the field of respiratory infections in children with a focus on RSV
25. Documentation and scientific exchange processes CRM systems
26. Close cooperation with the Medical Affairs team
27. Active support in the development and implementation of medical strategies
28. Collaborate with global and regional medical teams to ensure consistent scientific communication
29. Contribute to and co-develop scientific and educational materials
Your profile
30. Completed studies in medicine, pharmacy, biology or related life sciences (Master's degree or equivalent), preferably with a doctorate in a relevant field or specialist training in pediatrics, infectiology, pneumology or general medicine.
31. Preferably 2-5 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, clinical research or as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL).
32. Experience in conducting scientific presentations and medical education events.
33. In-depth knowledge of infectious diseases and/or respiratory diseases.
34. Proven experience in working with healthcare professionals, opinion leaders and scientific institutions.
35. RSV specific expertise (desirable)
36. Comprehensive understanding of the pathophysiology, virology and epidemiology of RSV.
37. Knowledge of risk groups for severe RSV disease. -
38. Familiarity with various vaccine technologies
39. Knowledge of current vaccination recommendations and prevention strategies in the RSV field
40. Fluency in German and English (written and oral) required Presentation of complex scientific content in both languages.
41. Willingness to travel up to 70% within the assigned territory
42. Class B driver's license
43. Willingness to travel on national and international business trips.
