Position Description:
Besides Data-Driven Decision Making, Implementing Efficient Sales Environments and Orchestrating Their Execution with the Team is Expected.
* Strategic and Leadership Roles:
o Development of a Data-Driven Vertriebscontrolling and Merchandising Strategy
o Definition of Key Performance Indicators to Steer Sales, Conversion and Area Productivity
* Operative Implementation and Area Responsibilities:
o Creation of Scalable Store Layouts as well as Planograms
o Rolloff Management, Renovations/New Openings and Project-Based Implementation
* Processes, Tools and Reporting:
o Clear and Reliable Processes at Rolloffs, Quality Control and Feedback Rounds
o Selection and Introduction of Suitable Merchandising and Planogram Tools
* Interface and Material Coordination:
o Transdisciplinary Cooperation with Purchasing, Inventory Management, Marketing, Technology and IT
o Management of External Suppliers with Measurable Performance Indicators
* Result-Oriented Focus and Responsibility:
o Assumption of Responsibility for Defined KPIs
o Prioritization of Projects Based on Value Added/Utility
Applicants Should Have Completed a Commercial Education or Comparable Experience in Retail/Trade with Responsibilities in Visual Merchandising, Retail/Vertriebscontrolling or Trade Management.
