Shape the latest trends.
Leverage your (consulting) experience and expertise from the grid operator industry and work with our team and our customers to develop solutions for current trends in transmission and distribution system operators. We implement innovative and transformative projects along the entire value chain of a grid operator (asset management, grid planning, grid construction, grid operation). Shape industry-specific digitalization in topics such as smart grids, digital workforce, and intelligent asset management and support our customers in becoming Grid Operators of the Future.
Promote long-term partnerships
Use your broad network, especially your contacts within network operators, to identify our customers' challenges and successfully implement projects. Your active participation in organizations such as IAM, BDEW, FNN, and FGH will help you maintain and further develop customer relationships. With your understanding of our customers' individual needs, you will ensure stable and lasting partnerships.

With the relevant experience, you will assume project and leadership responsibility, advise the top management of network operators, and shape the future of our customers and teams. Experienced Hire:
5+ years of professional experience with a transmission or distribution system operator or in a strategy or management consultancy with project work in this industry
Comprehensive understanding of the challenges, processes and needs of transmission and distribution system operators as well as an established network in the industry
Experience in project management of multidisciplinary teams and strong skills in leading team members
Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills – including the ability to build trust and credibility with C-level personalities
Experience in multi-project and stakeholder management at network operators and other infrastructure projects is desirable
