About the role:
Drive the efficiency of Serrala's Business Application landscape to align with and support the company’s strategic goals by overseeing the application and data ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing the integration solution landscape, controlling interfaces, and optimizing automation tools (such as RPA bots) to reduce manual tasks, mitigate risks of errors, and enhance productivity across business units.
Your Day to Day:
* Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes, reduce manual tasks, and enhance efficiency.
* Integrate systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, SuccessFactors) for seamless data flow and interoperability.
* Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation to optimize operations.
* Build and maintain custom automation scripts and bots using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and in-house platforms.
* Develop API-based integrations for communication between business applications and platforms.
* Provide troubleshooting and ongoing support for existing automation solutions.
* Collaborate with business units to understand automation needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Ensure accurate data synchronization and manage data flows across integrated systems.
* Document processes, establish best practices, and ensure compliance with automation standards.
* Monitor and report on automation performance to track success and identify areas for improvement.
* Stay current with automation and integration trends to recommend new technologies and improvements.
Technical requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation, system integration, or process engineering, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying automation solutions.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar for developing custom automation scripts and integrations.
* Experience with automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, or similar.
* Strong understanding of API development and integration (REST, SOAP).
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration capabilities.
* Familiarity with tools like MuleSoft or SAP BTP for no-code/low-code automation solutions.
* Strong understanding of database systems and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
* Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
* Knowledge of integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SAP BTP).
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for automation deployment.
* Experience with business process management (BPM) tools.
