What you´ll do
* Develop and implement strategic products plans for product development aligned with market needs and business goals
* Develop and test 2K product prototypes, iterating based on user feedback
* Oversee end-to-end product development and managing timelines, and resources effectively
* Collaborate with diverse teams, such as marketing, engineering and production, to integrate different insights and ensure a holistic approach to product development
* Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with industry standards
* Maintain comprehensive documentation and communicate key updates to stakeholders
What makes you a good fit
* Master's or PhD degree in Polymer Chemistry, Material Science or Engineering
* Ideally 2-3 years of work experience with good knowledge of polymer chemistry and work experience in leading projects
* Experience with adhesives
* Ability to take the initiative and high degree of flexibility and a strong ability for problem-solving
* Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate in a global and cross-functional team environment
* Fluent English and good German language skills
