We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager – Real Estate (m/f/d) with 3–5 years of professional experience to join a well-established real estate investment platform in Frankfurt. This role offers the opportunity to take an active part in driving asset performance and implementing value-enhancing initiatives across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute asset-level strategies to optimize performance and achieve investment goals
* Conduct market research and financial analysis to uncover opportunities for growth and value creation
* Manage and coordinate leasing activities, collaborating closely with brokers and tenants
* Serve as the main point of contact for external service providers, including property managers and operational partners
* Oversee capital improvement projects and repositioning initiatives to enhance long-term asset value
Your Profile
* 3–5 years of experience in real estate asset management, investment management, or a related field
* Strong understanding of real estate markets, asset performance, and value creation strategies
* Analytical mindset with commercial awareness
* Experienced in working with external stakeholders such as brokers, property managers, and advisors
* Fluent in German and English
