Sales Director Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to manage and grow a network of existing distributors and commercial partners within the German market, with a strong focus on Southern Germany. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales development (minimum 3 years), ideally within an industrial or technical environment.
About the Role:
- Identify new business opportunities, assess client needs and offer tailored technical solutions.
- Negotiate effectively and close sales to achieve and exceed targets.
- Represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs and product demonstrations.
- Work closely with technical and internal sales teams to successfully deliver projects.

Requirements:
The profile we are looking for:
- Proven track record in field sales development (minimum 3 years), ideally within an industrial or technical environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in German, with excellent English language skills for working in an international context.
- Technical aptitude – able to quickly understand complex products and present them clearly and persuasively.
- Self-driven, well-organised, results-oriented and highly customer-focused.
