The company seeks motivated candidates with finance and insurance backgrounds to join its team as Investment Counsellors (brokerage division) in France.
The Opportunity
The Investment Counsellor (brokerage division) role focuses on building long-standing relationships with clients who are invested through insurance products such as assurance vie and certain other tax wrappers, ensuring they receive exceptional service. This role manages high-net-worth client relationships in France from the office in Luxembourg, serving as the primary contact.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with clients, providing them with expert financial guidance and portfolio management services. As an Investment Counsellor, you will be responsible for:
* Building strong relationships with clients to ensure they receive exceptional service
* Managing high-net-worth client relationships with approximately € million in assets in aggregate
* Providing proactive portfolio updates and educating clients on financial markets, Fisher's market strategy, and investment philosophy
* Gaining advanced finance, capital markets, and insurance education through our training and mentoring program
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* 5+ years' experience offering Assurance Vie products to clients
* Experience managing relationships of private clients within the banking/wealth/insurance management industry
* A Master's Degree in Finance or Wealth Management
* A sound knowledge of financial concepts, markets, insurance concepts, current events, and the French market
* Fluent French and English language skills. Proficiency in other European languages is beneficial.
* You must be engaging and able to connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email
* Maintain a positive personality and empathize with clients in good times and bad
* Commitment to maintain quality of work while sticking to a timeline
