Chief Growth Officer

As Chief Growth Officer, you will own the financial performance, team, and strategic roadmap of a leading organization while driving growth across memberships, events, partnerships, and brand. You'll balance commercial discipline with community and event excellence to keep the organization financially strong and culturally vibrant.


Key Responsibilities:

* Leadership & Strategy: Own financial performance, set budgets, define multi-year strategy, build and coach a high-performing team with clear objectives.
* Commercial Growth, Partnerships & Business Development: Grow membership and event revenue via pricing, pipeline and contracts, optimize occupancy and churn, and forge partnerships to secure sponsorships, residencies and co-branded programs.
* Community & Programming: Curate admissions and onboarding; run workshops, meetups, demo days, residencies; champion member success across the organization.
* Operations, Facilities & Events: Ensure daily excellence across all floors (maintenance, cleaning, IT/AV), optimize space, manage vendors and work with our event partner on the event schedule and programming to drive repeat client business.
* Marketing & Brand: Elevate the organization's presence via content, PR, newsletters, social; uphold brand standards across on-site and online touchpoints.
* Administration: Coordinate with the tax accountants, handle invoicing/collections, contracts/lease, insurance and compliance


Requirements:

* 5+ years in managing co-working, hospitality, events, or operations-heavy spaces; or senior startup operations/GM experience.
* Proven ownership of financial performance with track record of growing revenue and optimizing costs while scaling quality.
* Strong commercial expertise: sales, pricing, negotiation, and partnership building.
* Excellence in operations: process design, OKR management, vendor control, and facilities oversight.
* Team leadership: hiring, coaching, performance management and culture-building with high standards
* Outstanding communication skills, fluent in English. German proficiency is a strong plus.
* Calm under pressure – you can "juggle 10 balls at once" and still deliver quality results.
* Bonus: A passion for the Web3 community and a desire to play a key role in its development.
