We’re partnering with a leading international organisation to appoint a Talent Development Lead — a high-impact role focused on building leadership capability, strengthening succession pipelines, and embedding a high-performance culture across a complex, matrix environment.
This is a pivotal position within the people function, responsible for ensuring the organisation has the talent, capability, and leadership depth to deliver on its long-term ambitions.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of the organisation’s talent development strategy, driving best-in-class frameworks across performance, succession, and leadership development.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and accelerating the individuals who will shape the future of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and evolve the talent development and succession strategy
* Build and maintain robust leadership pipelines for critical roles
* Own and deliver the performance management cycle, including calibration
* Identify and accelerate high-potential talent (HiPo programmes)
* Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning discussions with senior leadership
* Design and implement leadership development initiatives
* Use data and insights to drive talent decisions and organisational capability
* Partner across a global organisation to ensure consistent, high-quality talent practices
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in Talent Management, Organisational Development, or Talent Development
* A strong track record of building and implementing talent & succession frameworks
* Experience operating in a global or multi-region organisation
* Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
* A hands-on operator who can deliver as well as design
* Experience with systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors is advantageous
