You'll also collaboratively work with the sales and product teams to appropriately define new opportunities as part of our customer processes.Your responsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to our large customers in EMEA and ensure their success; manage the client relationships, ranging from your counterparts to senior stakeholders within our client's organisationsBecome an expert on the Plan A platform by leveraging deep product and carbon accounting knowledge, resolving partners' pain points and identifying opportunities for future product developmentGuide our customers on strategic questions related to sustainability and carbon accounting, leveraging the strengths of our subject-matter expertsWork with our technical teams to ensure client feedback is heard and shape the future of our product pipelineWork with our sales team to translate customer opportunities into commercial valueDesign operational strategy and push execution; continuously working to scale processes and systems to drive rapid growthRequirementsYou have 3+ years of demonstrated success in customer relationship management or complex project management, ideally at a growing startup working with SMBs and Enterprises in EMEAYou've demonstrated a consistent record of building and fostering durable business relationships; you remain calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrate customers' successes with themYou have comfort in working cross-functionally, aligning with sales leaders, product teams or customers at the biggest companies in the world to make sure our customers achieve their goalsYou're a savvy and tactful communicator with experience managing complex business relationships; you intuitively find the right tone and feel comfortable working with people from a wide range of backgroundsYou're comfortable working in fast-paced environments, identifying priorities and overseeing multiple tasks simultaneouslyYou are fluent in GermanWhat makes you stand outYou have experience in the realm of carbon accounting, corporate sustainability, or ESG reportingBenefitsDiscounts and benefits are available through the Plan A Corporate Benefits Platform and FutureBens, an online portfolio offering a variety of sustainability brandsFlexibility to work remotely, in-office, or a bit of bothContribution to a bigger purpose.
