The role
* Lead and develop the German and Swiss software portfolio, delivering sustained revenue and EBITDA growth across several operating companies and product lines.
* Partner closely with founders and management teams in acquired businesses, acting as a trusted adviser and challenger while setting clear expectations around performance and value creation.
* Shape and roll out strategies for pricing and packaging, go‑to‑market, sales, customer success and product innovation, ensuring each business has a robust plan for profitable expansion.
* Own the full P&L for the region, instilling a strong performance culture and making sure local leadership teams truly understand and manage their numbers.
* Source and support the execution of acquisitions of high‑quality B2B software assets in Germany and neighbouring markets, then oversee integration and realisation of synergies.
* Unlock cross‑sell and upsell potential across the portfolio by joining up customer relationships, routes to market and capabilities.

* Extensive senior leadership experience in B2B software (for example as CEO, GM, MD or similar), ideally with exposure to multiple geographies or business units.
* Direct responsibility for a P&L of c. €100m or more, with a demonstrable record of driving material top‑line and EBITDA improvement.
* Clear evidence of shaping and improving pricing, packaging, GTM, sales effectiveness, customer success and product direction, with tangible commercial outcomes.
* A recognised people leader who excels at attracting, developing and retaining top talent, building strong leadership benches and hiring ahead of need.
* Confident making difficult calls on people and portfolio priorities, while maintaining strong relationships with founders and senior executives.
* Highly commercial and analytical, comfortable getting into the detail but equally effective engaging boards, investors and other senior stakeholders.
For the right individual, this role offers a rare chance to take a central role in building a pan‑European software platform, working side‑by‑side with founders and investors to deliver the next phase of growth.
