Your Tasks
* Supporting the continuous development of the "Compliance Management System" of MediaMarktSaturn Germany
* Technical responsibility and point of contact for all compliance-related issues
* Support in the ongoing development, optimization, and implementation of compliance programs, processes, and policies
* Collaboration with various departments to integrate compliance requirements
* Training and advising employees on compliance topics
* Evaluation of Compliance Risks and establishing preventive measures together with operative business units
* Support in monitoring and ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and guidelines
* Processing compliance notifications and supporting the whistleblower system
* Independent execution of compliance investigations, including in an international environment
* Preparation of presentations and reports on the compliance status and risks for management and other relevant bodies
Your Profile
* Several years of professional experience in the field of compliance, including in the areas of anti-corruption, anti-fraud management and anti-money laundering
* Special training in internal investigations is desirable but not strictly required
* In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
* Strong process understanding, analytical skills, and a high degree of independence
* Experience in project management
* Pragmatic and practical working approach
* Distinct stakeholder management mindset, strong communication skills combined with loyalty and teamwork
* High level of integrity and sense of responsibility
