We seek a student assistant for our LegalTech team in Bremen. The ideal candidate will work part-time, 15-20 hours per week.

As a member of our LegalTech team, you will play a central role in customer support:
* You will receive and answer customer inquiries about our software products.
* You will assist customers in solving problems caused by incorrect use.
* You will find independent solutions for first-level requests and error reports.
* You will document frequently occurring problems and their solutions.
* You will create error reports and be responsible for maintaining our ticket system.
The requirements for the position are:
* You are enrolled as a student and have a strong interest in information technology.
* You are communicative, service-oriented, and patient even in challenging situations.
* You have high quality standards, are technically inclined, reliable, and enjoy working in a team.
* Ideal candidates have experience with ticket systems, such as OTRS or YouTrack.
* You communicate fluently in German and English.
