As the Customer Service Manager, you will serve as the central interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless service experience. You will lead a team of customer service professionals, optimise service processes, handle key escalations, and drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
Optimise customer service processes and work flows for efficiency and effectiveness

Utilise CRM systems to manage customer relationships and analyse performance data
Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to deliver seamless service
Several years of experience in a senior customer service or related managerial role
Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation is a strong advantage
Completed degree or vocational training in business administration, communication, or service management
Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in German and proficient in English
