Your tasks
* Designing a modern, service-oriented care future
* Onboarding, further education, mentoring and motivation of your team
* Ensuring quality of care as well as efficient processes
* Creating, steering and controlling duty planning
* Closely accompanying and promoting our trainees
Your profile
* Completed training as a caregiver (care for the elderly or health and nursing care)
* Qualification as responsible caregiver pursuant to § 71 SGB XI or completed care science degree (e.g. care management)
* Leadership experience desirable
* Distinct leadership strength as well as empathetic and motivating communication
* Organisational talent, problem-solving orientation and enthusiasm for process optimisation
* Customer-focused attitude and high commitment
