Position: Inventory & Shipping Specialist (m/w/d)
Location: Bruchsal Region
Your Responsibilities
* Operate various types of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet trucks, to ensure smooth material handling.
* Manage loading and unloading processes of trucks, adhering to safety and efficiency standards.
* Conduct thorough inspection and verification of incoming goods to maintain quality control.
* Oversee inventory management tasks, including stock monitoring and organizing storage areas.
* Support the coordination and scheduling of raw materials and auxiliary supplies to optimize workflow.
* Participate actively in stocktaking and inventory audits to ensure accurate records.
* Perform order picking and prepare shipments for dispatch in compliance with company procedures.
* Adapt flexibly to diverse assignments within the logistics and warehousing environment.
Candidate Profile
* Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.
* Valid certification for operating industrial trucks and warehouse machinery.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent visual acuity to perform quality checks.
* Ability to work independently while taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
* Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
* Proficiency in German is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Physical stamina and willingness to work in shifts, including occasional overtime.
