Off-Grid Europe is all about people—and you will be an integral part of our management team. You will lead our human resources scaling strategy with the following key objectives:
* Preserve a startup mindset and culture whenever realistic, to maintain a dynamic, authentic company that attracts and retains excellent people.
* Implement global guidelines, frameworks, and support systems for all employees, while leveraging our ERP tools to build a standardized, 360-degree approach to people management.
* Ensure open and transparent communication across all levels—no group should receive preferential treatment based on seniority, background, or minority status. Everyone is equal and will be treated as such.
* Recruit, onboard, and develop all employees through effective training and career growth programs.
* Collaborate with all departments to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
* Manage day-to-day HR operations, including holiday tracking, employee reviews, and coordination with the payroll accountant—while staying current with rules and regulations relevant to HR.

You will be expected to:
* Travel to our local offices and ensure alignment with HR and company standards.

* Solve problems as they arise—resilience and adaptability are essential.
* Bridge cultures and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Fluent written and spoken German
* Fluent written and spoken English
* French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus
* Degree and certification in HR or a related field
* In-depth knowledge of HR operations: payroll, holidays, social security, compliance, etc.
* Proven HR experience in a multinational, startup-like environment
