Join us Relationship Manager DACH (m/f/d) We have an exciting, pivotal role for a Relationship Manager DACH to join our dynamic team here in Berlin. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level in the fast-paced world of high-net-worth investment management. You will be partnering with sophisticated investors—ranging from private clients to select family offices—helping them achieve their financial goals through tailored solutions and strategic guidance. You will: Manage, nurture and grow a book of high-net-worth investors, ensuring consistent AUM growth and retention Generate and qualify new leads, acquiring new investors across the DACH region Conduct in-depth portfolio reviews, providing strategic financial insights and solutions Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture Cross collaborate internally with wider Sales, Account Management, Legal & Compliance Identify and implement best practices to drive efficiency The next Moonfarian: 5 years minimum in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, within financial services, private equity or private banking MBA or CFA is advantageous but not mandatory Native-level German and fluency in English (both written and verbal) Proficiency in portfolio planning and cash flow management Excel skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach Highly organised, structured, and results-driven If you feel you do not meet all of the requirements, we still encourage you to apply Our Values: Our clients come first, Moonfare comes second, and we prioritise ourselves third - Client-Centric Focus.
