Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our ICT customers by providing 3rd-level technical assistance for problem management and request fulfillment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting security and network infrastructure core components, deploying and supporting security datacenter infrastructure solutions, ensuring optimized utilization of infrastructure resources, creating and improving procedures, facilitating communication, and supporting problem resolution.
A strong communicator with good organization skills and the ability to work autonomously is required. The candidate should be able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure and critical environment.
To succeed in this role, you should have a master's degree or equivalent knowledge, experience, and competencies. At least 5 years of experience in supporting or building customer security infrastructure and networking is also required.
Key qualifications include:
* Deep understanding of network and security infrastructure (BGP, Firewall, Load balancer)
* Python scripting knowledge to improve efficiency for datacenter components administration
* Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German, French, and/or Luxembourgish is an asset
