Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic IT Support Specialist to work on exciting projects with European Institutions based in Luxembourg. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing expert support as a service desk agent, incident analyst, and problem solver.
Your Responsibilities:
* Incident Analysis: Ensure swift incident analysis and prioritize customer interactions for an outstanding first call resolution rate.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of incident and problem information.
* Support Services: Offer remote and on-site support, providing solutions where needed.
* Infrastructure Management: Play a key role in PC environment reconfiguration and installation.
* Operational Procedures: Contribute to operational support procedures and technical content creation.
* Application Testing: Manage application testing and administration.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with system administration and database administration.
Your Profile:
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
* Language Skills: Proficiency in both French and English.
* Certifications: An ITILV4 certification (we provide the opportunity to obtain prior to commencement).
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.
* Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of network systems.
* Ticketing System: Prior experience with a ticketing system.
* Microsoft Office: Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
* Collaborative Spirit: A collaborative spirit and customer-centric mindset.
