Job Description:
In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team as soon as possible as our new Mechanic (m/f/d). Working on Airplane Doors Retrofits ✈️
The position is - for the time being - limited to 2 years.
The onboarding for this position will take place in Donauwörth (Germany).
The place of work after training is Toulouse (France).
Your tasks and responsibilities
* Integrating components or sub-assemblies for the assembly of devices or main assemblies
* Conducting self-checks
* Using manual tools or machines to assemble components
* Assembly/disassembly of components
* Performing retrofit and repair activities in the Final Assembly Line and Flight Line at Airbus Commercial
Desired skills and qualifications
* Completed training as a (flight equipment) mechanic or equivalent
* At least 3-5 years of practical experience in manufacturing
* German: Fluent/proficient in negotiations
* English: Advanced knowledge
* French is a plus
* Independent and committed work approach
* Teamwork
* a high degree of flexibility
* Knowledge of the Airbus drawing system
