The role involves handling user requests, resolving technical issues, managing IT assets, and supporting infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth IT operations for business users.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support (L1/L2): Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues; manage tickets via ServiceNow; escalate complex cases to L3 or vendors.IMAC Services: Install, configure, and relocate IT equipment and software, including email, VPN, and network settings.Device Lifecycle Management: Oversee hardware refresh, backups, and secure asset disposal.User Account & Access Management: Manage accounts, MFA, and access controls.Networking & Connectivity: Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and printer connectivity issues.Peripheral Support: Configure and maintain printers, scanners, and other external devices.IT Security & Compliance: Ensure antivirus updates, assist with audits, and enforce security policies.Asset Management: Track IT inventory, perform audits, and manage shipments.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain knowledge base and record recurring issues.End-User Training: Deliver IT onboarding and basic training on tools and security.Project Support: Assist with infrastructure rollouts, office relocations, and deployments.Required SkillsProven experience in L1/L2 IT support in an enterprise environment.Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, VPN, LAN/WAN, and Active Directory .Hands-on expertise with hardware, printers, and peripheral devices .Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.Solid understanding of IT security and compliance practices .Excellent communication skills in German and English .Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and provide high-quality customer service.
