As the B2B Data Domain Owner (f/m/n), you will be responsible for securing and leveraging the data foundation for B2B operations to accelerate key Data &AI driven initiatives and transformation across Deutsche Telekom. Your primary objective is to enable and prioritize PLUTO business enablement while driving the acceleration of strategic AI initiatives through comprehensive data readiness and governance.
You will serve as the central business owner coordinating data domain responsibilities and ensuring strategic alignment between foundation building and use case development. Working closely with both local and central Data &AI teams, you will drive data model and data quality alignment across key AI initiatives, fostering cross-domain collaboration with National Companies (NatCos) and building communities of knowledge sharing on the business sideYour role involves steering the PLUTO program (EU) as Central Data SPOC, guiding NatCos in their local transformation journeys, and identifying and developing central levers for acceleration of Data &AI initiatives within B2B operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring knowledge transfer across NatCos while maintaining focus on scalable, harmonized data solutions that enable AI-driven business outcomesThe ideal candidate holds a university degree and has substantial experience working with complex data sets, data models, and AI technologies in enterprise environments. You demonstrate a strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and the intersection of data strategy with AI implementation. Your ability to work effectively across international teams and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders is essential.
Additional requirements include:
Extensive experience working with large-scale data sets and data modelling in enterprise environmentsProven experience with AI technologies, machine learning workflows, and data requirements for AI initiativesStrong background in data governance, data quality management, and data architectureDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationshipsExperience in program steering and coordination across multiple organizational unitsExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (fluency required)Proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives in large, international organizationsExperience working with National Companies or subsidiary organizations in coordination and alignment rolesStrong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with focus on business enablementKnowledge of PLUTO or similar data platform initiatives (preferred)This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of Deutsche Telekom's data and AI transformation, working strategically across multiple countries and business units to enable data-driven innovation and operational excellence in the B2B segment.
