Business Planning Professional
The Business Planning Professional will play a crucial role in shaping the organisation's activity planning, monitoring and control with a deep business understanding of the organisation's products, mission, stakeholders and operative environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Corporate Operational Planning (COP): Drive the end-to-end preparation of the three-year Corporate Operational Plan, coordinating inputs from various business lines and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and sustainability objectives.
* Performance Monitoring and Steering: Conduct continuous monitoring and analysis of operational performance against the annual plan, identifying deviations and contributing to steering proposals to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
* Strategic Analysis and Reporting: Serve as a key analytical resource, preparing detailed data analyses, reports, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
* Capital Planning Process: Translate business planning to a capital plan by leading an efficient and thorough corporate planning process.
Qualifications:
* University qualification, preferably at postgraduate level, in Business Management, Economics and Social Sciences, Finance, Maths or Data Science applied to economics, or related subject.
* At least five years of relevant professional experience in a similar position and with similar level of responsibilities in Strategy/Advisory/Consultancy services firms, financial services industry, and international institutions or other MDBs preferably exposed to business and final planning, portfolio management and monitoring.
