The Position Are you passionate about achieving optimal market access and ensuring prescription and reimbursement throughout the product lifecycle? Your role will involve developing product-specific value arguments and information for key institutions and stakeholders within the German healthcare system. Additionally, you will monitor the regulatory and legal framework for benefit assessments and real-world evidence in Germany, keeping both local and global stakeholders informed. Tasks & responsibilities In your new role, you will develop and implement market access strategies for launch products in collaboration with corporate and selected local functions, such as Medical, Pricing, HTA, Regulatory, and Marketing, including coordinating price assumptions based on pipeline scenarios. With your expertise, you will support the development and execution of healthcare research studies and scientific publications, focusing on real-world evidence (RWE). Additionally, you will create and implement value argumentations for strategic positioning, while training colleagues-particularly those in the health policy sector-to enhance payer communication. You will also collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical, and Corporate Market Access teams to craft impactful value communications. Finally, you will contribute by generating and presenting epidemiological data for early benefit assessments, including Module 3 submissions. Additional tasks for Senior Manager: As Senior Manager, you will independently develop and implement market access strategies for launch products in collaboration with corporate and selected local functions, such as Medical, Pricing, HTA, Regulatory, and Marketing, including coordinating price assumptions based on pipeline scenarios and participating in expert interviews as part of the CDP input. With your expertise, you will drive the development and execution of healthcare research studies and scientific publications, focusing on real-world evidence (RWE). Additionally, you will autonomously create and implement value argumentations for strategic positioning, while training colleagues-particularly those in the health policy sector-to enhance payer communication. Requirements Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) or Diploma in Pharmacy, Medicine, Health Economics, Natural Sciences, Epidemiology, or Public Health, ideally with a doctoral degree (e.g., PhD, MD) Knowledge of the healthcare system with a focus on the pharmaceutical market and early benefit assessment of pharmaceuticals according to AMNOG Experience in collaborating with payers and ideally successfully completed projects Methodological competence (healthcare research, HTA, possibly Health Economics) paired with a highly structured, results-oriented working style and strong problem-solving skills Team player with relevant experience working in matrix organizations and a very high capacity for learning and implementation Strong communication skills in English, including dealing with internal/external stakeholders in an interdisciplinary project Additional tasks for Senior Manager: In-depth knowledge of the healthcare system with a focus on the pharmaceutical market and early benefit assessment of pharmaceuticals according to AMNOG Longstanding methodological competency paired with experience in collaborating with payers and successfully completed projects Several years of working experience in matrix organizations Ready to contact us?
