Locksmith Assembler Position
We are seeking a skilled Locksmith Assembler to join our workshop team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing aluminium locksmithing products, with a strong background in frame assembly and fitting techniques.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to develop their skills and contribute to the production of high-quality aluminium frames and other related products.
* Responsibilities:
* Manufacture of aluminium frames (windows, doors, sliding doors, curtain walls, conservatories, glass roofs)
* Cutting and machining profiles
* Frame assembly of all types (frames, sashes, etc.)
* Fitting hardware systems, glazing beads, seals, additional profiles, etc.
* Installation of all elements adjoining the frames (monobloc boxes, runners, sheet metal, railings, insulated sills, etc.)
* Installation of waterproofing systems in the workshop (EPDM, SIGA, etc.)
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position and have knowledge of standard hardware systems. Familiarity with the REYNAERS and SCHÜCO ranges is an advantage. In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate good communication and teamwork abilities.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: 5 years or more in a similar position
* Knowledge: REYNAERS and SCHÜCO ranges, frame assembly and fitting techniques, standard hardware systems
* Skills: use of stationary machines, electro-portable and compressed air-powered machines, reading plans, Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
* Priorities:

* Language requirements: French, German is a plus
