* Planning the orders with Subcontractors, own trucks, and sell orders through the market
* Order acceptance from our main customer (FTL/LTL)
* Procurement of cargo space
* Sourcing of useful loads
* Purchase of return loads
* Arrangement of own subcontractor trucks
* Communication with the customer
* Processing of claims
* Completed training as a freight forwarder or experience in tour planning (Ausbildung Disponent und Logistik)
* Proficient in written and spoken German and English
* Ability to work independently
* Good knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Initial experience with Timocom
* Strong negotiation skills
