Process Manager (m/f/d)

Join our team in the area of corporate services on a full-time basis, working from home or in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr region – and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!


This will be your job...

* You will take over the procedural control of complex interfaces between the various business areas
* You will support the specialist departments in the introduction and further development of processes – from conception to implementation
* You will identify potential for optimization (efficiency, quality, automation, use of AI solutions) and derive concrete measures from this.
* You will document the processes transparently and comprehensibly in the target system and ensure that they are sustainably anchored.
* You will be responsible for monitoring and introducing KPIs for process performance and automation levels.
* You will provide technical support for implementation projects and assist with test/rollout scenarios.


What we are looking for...

* You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
* You have certification in BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Model and Notation) or comparable, e.g., Lean Six Sigma or ITIL.
* You have experience in process management, ideally in IT environments, as well as experience with end-to-end processes.
* Ideally, you have already gained experience with integration technologies and middleware; specific products (e.g., X4) are a plus, but not a must.
* You have strong moderation and communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
