Furthermore, you will evaluate and integrate new features, implement best practices for tenant governance and the overall lifecycle management of Microsoft Entra ID services.SERVICE OWNERSHIPYou will act as the service owner, overseeing and managing support and operations for our Microsoft Entra tenant. You will have full responsibility for configuration and monitoring of the tenant. Together with our vendors, you ensure smooth operation and support, and develop and implement new concepts and projects with our stakeholders.STAKEHOLDER AND VENDOR MANAGEMENTYou will ensure transparency regarding the roadmap and initiatives within your area, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the infrastructure department and other IT areas.BUDGET MANAGEMENTIn your area of responsibility, you will take full budget ownership for consulting, operational services, and projects within your area.
