As a Sales Associate – Life Sciences at 4flow, you will support our Account Executive in driving growth within the life sciences sector. This role combines marketing and sales responsibilities to strengthen relationships with key target accounts and expand business opportunities.

1. Identifyand qualify new business opportunities in the life sciences sector, managing the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing deals
2. Coordinate, execute and oversee marketing activities and campaigns targeted at key accounts in lifescienes
3. Supportthe development and execution ofoutreach strategies in collaboration with the Lead Generation team and ensure smooth execution
4. Build andmaintainstrong customer relationships to understand needs and drive tailored solutions
5. Maintainaccuraterecords of all sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline in the CRM system
6. Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape toidentifygrowth opportunities
7. Represent 4flow professionally at life sciences industry events and networking activities
Why you belong at 4flow
8. Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
9. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of services, software solutions, or complex applications within thelife sciences industry
10. Solid understanding of supply chain planning and operations; familiarity with Pharma, BioPharma, or MedTech is a plus
11. Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
12. Able to work independently witha high levelof ownership while thriving in a collaborative teamenvironment
13. Willing and flexible to travel up to 50% across Europe for client engagement and business development
14. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, witha strong senseof initiative and results orientation
15. Curious and eager to learn, embracing new challenges and continuously expanding knowledge in lifesciences and supply chain topics
