Main Responsibilities for Freelance Player Support (Portuguese, Spanish, French)
* Provide fast, friendly, and effective support to players via our ticketing platform, as well as potentially through chat and email
* Resolve technical, account, and gameplay queries with empathy and professionalism
* Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough resolution
* Identify and report recurring player issues, suggesting improvements to enhance the player experience
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Albion Online and its systems, staying informed about game updates and community trends
* Deliver support in a clear, concise, and respectful manner, ensuring player confidentiality and satisfaction
Key Requirements for Freelance Game Support Agents
* Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese, Spanish, or French
* Solid English communication skills for internal collaboration
* Flexible availability to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends (remote/freelance)
* Demonstrated empathy, patience, and excellent problem-solving skills
* Comfortable using digital tools (ticketing platforms, spreadsheets, basic troubleshooting)
* Deep interest in online games and a genuine desire to help the player community
