Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
You have already gained 3-6 years SAP operational experience in the SAP module Materials Management. You will work in a global environment within a highly motivated and very international team. As part of the Domain Operations team, you will take over a responsible position in the SAP Operations / Service Management group and guide application support for our worldwide used SAP ERP and S/4 Systems. We are expecting both a solid functional knowledge and the capability to manage our external support partner. Basic SAP ABAP Knowledge and basic SAP BASIS knowledge would be an added advantage to be effective in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP Engineering Operational Support mainly in SAP S/4 and SAP ERP.
2. Collaborate with our two main support partners - the Service Management Team in our market organizations and the external support organization with the aim of providing best-in-class service towards our business end users.
3. Manage, challenge and monitor our first and second level support as close as necessary to ensure a high-quality issue resolution both on time and in quality, in SAP ERP and SAP S/4.
4. Provide the necessary functional level support and if necessary, take over end to end responsibility with the aim to steer the issue resolution.
5. Act as the single point of contact for our Service Managers in case of escalations and for the external service organisation.
6. Utilize your solid SAP ERP and S/4 knowledge and your technical capabilities to manage challenging issues within our SAP systems.
7. Proactively identify issues and problems within your area of responsibilities and propose mitigation steps.
8. Take continuous actions to eliminate or reduce underlying root cause in your area of expertise that will directly result in reduction of production issues.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
14. Strong SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 Materials Management functional knowledge.
15. Working knowledge about ITIL processes is a must.
16. Knowledge of SAP Basis will be an added advantage.
17. Knowledge of SAP ABAP will be an added advantage.
18. Knowledge of the SAP Apparel and footwear industry solution is a plus.

21. Solution architecture and integration overview of SAP system is a must.
22. Knowledge about SAP modules like SAP SD, FICO, MDM & HR is a plus.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
27. 3 - 6 years of SAP experience in SAP ERP or SAP S4 as a MM functional consultant out of which at least 1- 2 years in support roles in a global environment
28. University Degree or comparable education
