FLOCERT is looking for a senior growth leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. In this role you will drive the development and commercialisation of new and existing services, strengthen client and stakeholder relations and build the organisation’s capability to design market-ready offerings beyond the Fairtrade core.
* Job Share: Full-time (40 hours per week)
* Salary: The salary and benefit package depend upon qualifications and experience

Your responsibilities
* Lead Business Development across global markets and segments
* Develop and implement a market-driven growth strategy for certification-related and adjacent services
* Lead end-to-end service development from opportunity framing to pricing and go-to-market
* Actively contribute to early-stage product design and prototyping where necessary
* Establish a clear prioritisation logic and ROI discipline for new opportunities
* Build commercial and product literacy within BD teams through coaching and direction
* Maintain and expand senior relationships with clients, Fairtrade stakeholders and partners
* Represent FLOCERT externally in strategic negotiations and alliances
* Ensure close alignment with Operations for successful market delivery
Your qualifications, experience and skills
* Master’s degree in Business, International Business, Economics or similar
* Several years of senior leadership experience in business development or commercial growth roles
* Ideally in certification, assurance, sustainability or adjacent industries
* Recognised track record of taking services from concept to market, not only strategy or research
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder skills in complex, international environments
* Ability to develop others and introduce product-building discipline into existing teams
* Excellent communication; fluent in English (other languages an asset)
