Freelance Site Manager | Data Centers | Frankfurt
I am seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support the delivery of a largescale data center construction project based in Frankfurt. This role is hands‑on, site focused, and crucial in ensuring daily operations run efficiently, safely, and in line with project milestones.
Location: Germany (Frankfurt)
Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Language: English (German Desirable)
Engagement: Freelance / Contract
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day‑to‑day site activities on a mission‑critical data‑center build.
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, and logistics.
* Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and perform regular safety checks.
* Maintain accurate daily site reports, progress tracking, and issue escalation.
* Support quality assurance, ensuring deviations are identified and resolved quickly.
* Work closely with the Construction Manager and wider project team to maintain schedule alignment.
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on data center, high‑tech, or large scale industrial projects.
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing, contractor management, and site operations.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity.
* On site availability in Frankfurt.
