My client who are a global provider of medical imaging solutions are urgently seeking a Technical Support Engineer who has a very good understanding of technology and natural handling of IT systems in a medical environment
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and training to customers, including radiologists, referring physicians, IT personnel, and technicians
* Offer both go-live and post-go-live support to ensure smooth system transitions
* Conduct in-depth bug analysis and develop immediate and long-term solutions
* Collaborate with product management and development teams to define and implement product improvements and feature extensions
* Plan and execute the integration of PACS and clinical visualisation systems
* Integrate software with other clinical workflow components (KIS, RIS, Patient Portals, AI Applications, Diagnostic Tools)
Profile:
* Fluent in both written and spoken English; German proficiency required
* Degree in a technical, scientific, or medical field (or equivalent qualification)
* Enthusiastic about adapting to the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing company
* Experience in medical imaging, software development, DICOM/HL7, SQL, and scripting/programming languages (Python, Perl, PHP, Bash, C#, etc.)
* Knowledge in system administration (Linux, Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, Docker)
* Familiarity with Git, JIRA Administration, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Networking, and integrations
