Job Summary
Are you passionate about building long-term client relationships and driving sales success? Join our team as a Sales Representative supporting a global technology client. In this role, you will combine consultative selling with exceptional customer service to identify business needs, close sales, and grow existing accounts within a cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage customers with a consultative sales approach to identify needs and recommend suitable solutions.
2. Negotiate, handle objections, and close sales opportunities effectively.
3. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed targets.
4. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers, including SMEs and C-level executives.
5. Provide product recommendations, quotations, and tailored solutions.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer business challenges.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, especially in cloud-based technologies.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 1+ year experience in sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
2. Proven ability to communicate and build relationships with high-level decision-makers.
3. Basic understanding of cloud-based software or technology solutions.
4. Fluent in German (minimum B2+/C1) and English (minimum B2).
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve issues independently.
7. Willingness to relocate to Kraków, Poland.
