Your Responsibilities
* LOCATION : Germany, Hamburg/Cologne/Munich
* Support the identification, scoping, and prioritization of cross‑divisional and strategic projects in collaboration with senior stakeholders
* Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple functions and markets
* Prepare structured analyses, business cases, and decision materials to support strategic discussions
* Develop clear and compelling strategy presentations and management decks, primarily using PowerPoint
* Conduct ad‑hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses using Excel and other analytical Tool
* Support project management activities, including tracking milestones, risks, and dependencie
* Collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Operations
Actively leverage AI‑based tools to support analysis, research, content creation, and efficiency gains
Contribute to continuous improvement of internal strategy processes, tools, and ways of working
Your Profile
* 0-2 years of experience including Internships; Work student experiences and/or Apprenticeships.
* Advanced PowerPoint skills to create clear, compelling, and well‑structured présentations
* Solid quantitative skills and confidence working with data and models in Excel
* An initial experience in using AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of work
* Hands‑on attitude with a willingness to take ownership and work across a broad range of topics
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
* High level of curiosity, learning agility, and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment
* Languages: Fluent in English. Conversational level German will be a strong advantage.
Your Team
You will join the Strategy team at RTL AdAlliance, a small and hands‑on team that works on a wide range of cross‑divisional projects supporting the company’s development. The team’s mission is to help structure complex business questions, run analyses, and turn ideas into clear recommendations that support decision‑making across the organization. You will work closely with experienced strategy colleagues and senior stakeholders, with a strong focus on learning through hands‑on project work, regular feedback, and mentoring. The team collaborates closely with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and local market teams across Europe, offering broad exposure to the business. Because the team works fully project‑based, no two weeks look the same and learning happens fast.
