Your responsibilities:
6. Lead the definition of a flexible and future-ready IT architecture (including application, integration, and data architecture) for several CRM, Marketing and Commission engine related solutions in accordance with the given business requirements and the overall target architecture
7. Provide expert technical guidance for strategic IT initiatives and high-demand programs
8. Support for compliance with security-related standards, policies, and technologies in the context of IT application development
9. Discover optimization potential of the IT architecture landscape and drive towards automation
10. Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and scalability, while maintaining the expected quality and stability
11. Steer external providers and solution architects to ensure IT compliance, delivery of expected quality standards in alignment with our architectural framework.
12. Responsible for the validation of technical solutions delivered by service providers before handover to operations
13. Support project management in areas such as project structure planning, effort estimation,resource planning, and selection of vendors and partners
14. Regular participation in the Enterprise Architecture Chapter
15. Consult and upskill Co-Workers in SAP CRM architecture topics
You offer us:
16. Successfully completed an advanced academic degree (e.g., Master's) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field otherwise equivalent practical experience
17. More than 5 years of experience as an IT solution architect in the field of CRM, including Customer Service & Marketing and working in various projects or within service delivery organizations; ideally experience in the areas of Commission engine & Output management
18. Proven experience in strategic IT Architecture Development and Governance
19. Experience of working in IT product-oriented teams
20. Experience in managing external service providers
21. Structured way of working and strong analytical skills
22. Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable manner
23. Fluent in business-level English, both written and spoken
24. Ideally good German language skills
25. Strong team player with experience in lateral leadership and cross-functional collaboration
