We're looking for a motivated Retail Associate who is passionate about creating a supportive, informed, and welcoming shopping experience for all. Your Role – What You’ll Do Greet customers and provide outstanding service Assist with product inquiries and help customers make confident choices Handle transactions and basic cash handling Keep shelves stocked and displays beautiful Promote ongoing sales and in-store promotions Participate in inventory and stock management Maintain a clean, welcoming shop environment Work as part of a close-knit team What You Bring Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong time management and multitasking abilities A willingness to learn about our products and mission Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Team spirit and a positive attitude German: Intermediate level required (you should feel comfortable helping customers in German) Nice to Have: English is a plus, but not required Previous experience in retail or sales About Nisā Health We’re a purpose-driven company, built by women for women.
