On behalf of our client, a leading no-code software company helping organizations integrate, manage, and automate their data, we are looking for an experienced People & HR Process Business Partner to lead the automation and optimization of HR processes and strategies within their HQ team.

About the Role
This is a strategic HR role focused on automating and digitizing HR processes to create efficient and scalable workflows. You will play a key role in reviewing, improving, and automating onboarding, offboarding, payroll, performance reviews, and other HR processes, ensuring a seamless and structured HR function. The role involves working with HR systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing automation tools to enhance efficiency while supporting the companyâs international growth.
What You'll Do
* HR Process Automation & Digitization:
Improve and automate key HR workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
* Employee Lifecycle & Experience:
Ensure smooth, structured processes for onboarding, performance management, payroll, and offboarding.
* HR Business Partnering:
Act as a strategic partner to leadership and managers, providing insights and support for employee development and engagement.
* HR Systems & Data Analytics:
Manage HR tools and implement solutions that support automation and data-driven decision-making.
* Compliance & International HR Operations:
Ensure alignment with labor laws across Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and France .
* Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with IT, Finance, and Operations to integrate HR tech solutions.
* Culture & Transformation:
Contribute to maintaining an inclusive, high-performing workplace while driving HR process improvements.
Who You Are
* Process-Driven & Automation-Focused:
You have experience improving and automating HR workflows using digital tools.
* HRIS & Tech Expertise:
Familiarity with HR systems and an interest in evaluating and implementing new solutions.
* HR Strategy & Business Partnering:
Experience advising leadership and driving structured HR initiatives.
* Data-Driven Decision Maker:
Comfortable using HR analytics to guide improvements.
* International HR Knowledge:
Experience working across Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and France .
* Fluent in English & German (additional languages like Dutch or French are a plus).
* Proactive & Hands-On:
Ability to take ownership of projects and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.
